Helped grow revenue from zero to a current annual run rate of over $1.0 million. Raised in excess of $1.0 million in convertible note venture funding. Generated and executed standard operating procedures for finance, accounting, tax and HR functions. Produced financial projections, business plans and marketing materials for use with investors, customers and operational partners.

Provide investment banking services with an emphasis on sell-side M&A. Perform analyses including financial modeling (iterative financial models, DCF and LBO models, investment analysis models, etc.), comparable company statistics and precedent transaction statistics. Experience with public and private companies as well as both strategic and financial acquirors and investors. Also provide analysis and feedback on corporate and financial strategy unrelated to specific transactions.

Performed research and wrote industry research pieces as a freelance writer.

Performed various associate-level banking functions within the setting of a summer associate program. Worked on M&A and financing transactions across a range of industry sectors.

Performed all applicable investment banking and private equity functions across multiple industries. Completed thirteen M&A transactions and two private equity investments for an associated Greenhill private equity fund. Duties included valuation, financial modeling, diligence and documentation, and preparation of corporate and board presentations and communication materials.
