Conduct Bi-Weekly payroll.

Administer all benefits offered: medical/dental/vision, FSA, 401K, PTO, FMLA, STD, LTD, worker’s compensation.

Onboarding and off-boarding exit strategy.

Monitor and update HR policy and procedures ensuring regulatory compliance with state & federal laws for NY, PA, MA, CA, FL.

Responsible for the day-to-day management of several accounts and talent as well as the individual performance of team members who report to the Vice President.

Provide detailed level bookkeeping support – accounts payable, accounts receivable, closing books on a monthly basis and preparing financial reporting for CFO.

Manage talent and operations functions which supervises a network of over 2,000 entertainers worldwide and the live music execution of corporate events.

Responsible for securing and managing company travel, accommodations, and budgeting, equipment rental, short term labor, and transportation of over 20,000 pieces of company inventory.

Operation expertise of forklifts and scissor lifts, temporary wall maintenance, truss and electrical work, track lighting and adjusting, art handling and packaging.

Account support and maintenance for over 500 contemporary art galleries located within New York City and nationwide.

Maintained organization with sales pipeline.

Trained sales associates and instilled new guidelines to our sales and marketing procedure.
