Denise was the Business Modeling Leader in Southern California at EY. She brings an exceptional track record of executing and delivering strategy and analytics to some of the world's most sophisticated institutions. Her expertise and team building skills provide clients the ability to optimize their performance and accelerate growth by solving complex business issues that require both quantitative and qualitative rigor.

Denise was a Manager, Strategy & Analysis for Encore Capital where she scoped and directed several strategic initiatives and acquisitions, lead several strategic option analysis, capital allocation, and business case development. She was also on of the core team members in the successful development of a new channel which included leading the analytical and finance functions.

Before Encore Capital, she was in the strategic finance group at HSBC, developing product-, pricing- and profitability analytics, forecasting, and economic impact analysis. She designed the architecture and developed the model for numerous investment return, valuation analysis, and forecasting efforts, including loan asset profitability and default forecasting, stakeholder cash flow waterfall analysis, pricing, curve-based delinquency and bankruptcy forecasting.
