Provide freelance FP&A consulting services including financial modelling, budgeting & forecasting, startup fundraising support, PE portfolio & investment valuations (ASC 820), business & asset valuations for reporting requirements (GAAP financial & tax reporting) or other purposes, and other services.

Responsible for executing all FP&A duties while coordinating directly with the CEO and other leadership team members. Finance duties included budgeting, forecasting and long-term modelling, updating BI dashboards with accurate KPI's, and providing pricing and strategy analysis. Also performed controller duties including invoicing, AR/AP and financial statement preparation.

Managed valuations of private investments exceeding $2Bn in value across 15+ deals for Fair Value purposes, primarily within the energy industry. Coordinated with internal deal teams, senior management, and outside auditors as part of valuation process.

Managed +$1 mm in yearly revenue across several valuation engagements for both corporate and PE clients. Performed Fair Value analyses for various financial reporting (GAAP) and tax purposes.
