Advised lenders and companies across Asia in turnaround advisory, performance improvement, business reviews, strategy and financial due diligence. Was engaged as interim CFO for a number of distressed companies across Asia (including mining and shipping companies), leading finance and operations teams - developing and implementing turnaround plans, cost reduction whilst managing working capital and creditors to ensure operations were not disrupted

Approached by the largest care home operator in the UK to act as Interim FD during the solvent wind down. Advised the Board and dealt with all financial and operational issues, managing the residual team of 30 people. Managed working capital to keep the company solvent whilst 750 homes were transferred to new operators including overseeing debt collection function

Specialized in financial, operational and strategic turnaround advisory performing interim management and implementing cost reduction plans, working on some of the largest turnarounds in the UK, advising the government and banks. Sector focus was on healthcare (primarily hospitals and care homes)
