Assisted on all phases of the transaction process including: analyzing new investment opportunities, executing detailed due diligence, complex financial modeling and analyses to aid in the structuring and investment decisions, preparation of debt offering memorandums, negotiating loan covenants, structuring funds flows, and negotiation of purchase agreements and creditor agreements.
