Act as an executive officer to bring consolidation and change organically according to the Global BD strategy, bring key support activities to ensure Lean Transformation and continuous improvement set up properly during the process. Support the Value Stream Coach and Value Stream in implementing to launch best practices for daily management.

Provide leadership of company strategic implementation to achieve business objectives and growth:
- Responsible for P&L of China operations, including manufacturing, SCM, Engineering, Planning and Maintenance, Quality Assurance as well as support functions: HR, F&A, repair center.
- Lead to develop and implement transfer plans for 4 production lines from USA to guarantee suitable mobility by maintaining same technology process.

1. Responsible for strategy and long term planning of the sites in great China. Lead site management team to oversee daily operations. Be responsible for achieving financial goals and customer satisfaction.
2. Introduce Network Excellence system in compliance with Group policies and practices as well as external regulatory agencies.
