Working with sales, finance, pricing, legal, and the c suite our team was responsible for deals from negotiation, often meeting with customers, through contract signing and implementation. The team underwrote over $10 billion in revenue with several different structures and pricing models. We implemented a new tool to replace the previously used excel model.

After the customer agreed to a structure and pricing model I worked with legal to draft member contracts and monitored performance after implementation. Also had a chance to do the finance work and modeling for the acquisition of HD Smith.
