Phosplatin Therapeutics is a healthcare start-up developing a novel oncology therapeutic. As the Director of Strategic Development I work closely with the CEO and EVP to design and execute the company's overall development strategy including: management of clinical trials, identifying the best markets in which to seek FDA registration, building detailed revenue forecast model and product valuation, handling investor presentations and negotiations, and general company operations.

Alvine Pharmaceuticals is a venture-backed healthcare startup. I was responsible for all financial analyses including commercial market forecast, product and firm valuation, and investor returns analysis. I worked closely with the senior management team to support our manufacturing and develop a market-entry strategy, advised on sources of capital, and built relationships with several VCs and large healthcare companies. We successfully closed a $70M option deal with AbbVie.

At RBC I executed over $500M in healthcare sector transactions, including as primary advisor for an $86M healthcare IPO. I managed all levels of the transaction process including: organization and information gathering, valuation analysis, business due diligence, developing client materials, and presenting strategic alternatives to management and board of directors.

At Lehman Brothers / Barclays Capital, I executed over $3B in technology sector transactions, including Cisco's $1.9B acquisition of Starent Networks and Avago Technologies' $745M IPO. I helped expand the firm's clean-tech practice by developing an internal knowledge database and sales pitch materials. The various deals and projects I worked on helped provide decision support to client C-level executives for investor relations, interactions with the SEC, and board meetings.
