• Executed over $600 million in at-the-market offerings.
• Executed a $100 million equity joint venture for a NNN firm out of Chicago, contacting over 1,300 investor contacts – blind pool.

Capital Innovations is a real assets manager (focusing on infrastructure, timber and agriculture investments) for some of the world’s largest sovereign wealth funds, corporate and public defined benefit plans, endowments and foundations, insurance companies, and financial institutions.
• Actively involved with new business development and capital raising activities.
• Provided asset valuation analysis including preparation of financial models and research.

• Built and maintained research files, monitored opportunities, conducted market reviews and coordinated data collection to fulfill information requests from investors.
• Executed in excess of $5 billion of public common equity, preferred equity and debt offerings Marketed, structured, negotiated, and closed a $200 million programmatic joint venture partnership (BMO’s first) between Sealy and Company, Inc. and CalSTRS; generated over $1 million in advisory fee revenue within 12 months of close.
