Oversaw all of the company's operations. Implemented new strategy and turned around the company's operations in 12 months increasing profitability by 30%. Implemented new reporting packages, KPIs and created a culture of accountability to those metrics. Developed financial models for investment funds' fairness opinion (one of my work samples provided) and operating models for the company. Additionally, prepared presentations and memos for the company's BOD and lending group.

Founding member of the Lazada.co.id, now the leading online marketplace in Indonesia. Served as the CFO for Lazada. Created inventory replenishment models, operating models, budgets and forecasts based on the company's KPIs. Developed and help lead implementation of the company's strategy through its various stages of development.

Participated in the exit and acquisition of 12 companies. Specialized in financial modeling, due diligence, and drafting presentations and memos for those transactions. For the transactions that I led or was a participant those investments resulted in an IRR of 85%. and an MOIC of 3.7x.
