First product hire for Series C fintech startup. In my first year, I led product for our life insurance product where I increased application conversion by 30% through a series of A/B tests based on customer insights. Helped grow product org from 1 to 4 PMs, working closely with engineering, design and leadership to define and iterate product process.

As founder of the business, I have been responsible for overseeing all product development (iOS & web apps) and lead generation, as well as managing customers/leads throughout the entire sales cycle from prospect to signed deal as well as customer support. As a sales team, we were able to grow from 0 to over $100,000 in revenue in less than 5 months.

I was responsible for managing new strategic business relationships and web development projects. On the business development side, I developed relationships with 3 of NYC's largest commercial real estate companies. On web development, I managed all of our web and iOS app projects from end-to-end.

I worked directly with the portfolio manager of a value focused fund with $15M AUM. I was responsible for modeling all potential investments as well as performing qualitative analysis with the fund manager. I also worked with the marketing manager to streamline some of their operations and better market the fund to increase AUM.

Developed reorganization plan for major financial services company to develop low cost centers and standardize processes globally that would result in $18M in savings. On another project with DoEd, I led website design and testing for all three annual product releases where I managed everything from collecting requirements with the client to ensuring product release was successful and timely.
