Established and led a global Services Division, including the development of 15 international subsidiaries to provide operational and procurement services to 35+ countries worldwide.

Mobilized and managed an outsourced procurement team for a European Facilities Management Company, saving 14% year-on-year.
Became the ‘Procurement Champion’ to partner with Client Sales Executives to secure bids and mobilize new clients. Participated in on-line bidding auctions securing a £5m HVAC contract.
Negotiated £800k in end of year cash for client P/L enhancement.

Led 3 multi-million dollar European Bids for Personal Protection & Safety saving £3.5m.
Led a Rationalization project for Industrial Gases achieving 12% across 10 UK plants.
Managed a rapid supply expansion for Ford’s new plant in Craiova, Romania.
Initiated and developed a Personal Protection Commodity Committee including Plant Reps, Safety, Reps and Finance Controllers across Europe – still in place today.
