- Prepare financial and valuation models of internal business segments of the company
- Develop and/or review written materials such as presentations, term sheets and legal documentation for internal meetings with management and corporate development team
- Source new investment opportunities through investment banking relationships in the financial technology space
- Work with senior executives and management to support the integration and go-forward plan of investments/acquisitions
