As member of the Corporate team, led acquisition and divestiture activity from strategy development and origination through execution for 2 of the company’s 4 business segments. Recruited as a founding staff member to transform the portfolio – over $1B in revenue acquired since 2007.
Led business development and strategic planning activities for the $10B+ Carrier business unit of UTC. Held positions reporting to the Corporate VP of Business Development and a business unit President. Led business unit leaders through the development of growth strategies and managed the deal process for acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and licensing opportunities.
