• Consulted for a tier-1 institutional investment manager by supporting a Master Data Management (MDM) integration wherein provided technical documentation, machine learning recommendations, process optimizations, and data lineage assessments
• Spearheaded an engagement roadmap (multiple 2-week sprints with UAT testing), liaised with client executives (SVPs+) and stakeholders on progress, and managed the backlog and on-site team—mentoring and guiding a junior resource in the process

• Served as a Product Manager for an investor utility application (onboarding, servicing, AML, KYC, dividends, and rebates) built for a multinational ($1.7T AUM) asset servicer by leading a team of 3-7 business analysts, junior consultants, and engineers to discover business requirements across Ireland, Luxembourg, Chicago, and New York via Design Thinking workshops

• Refactored the fintech startup’s PHP investment management algorithm into an opensource R research environment
• Built a random forest machine learning algorithm in R (backend SQL and Bash scripting) to segment users based upon latent risk characteristics, presenting findings and recommendations to the CEO and CTO

• Served as a “tactical sysadm” on a Special Forces team by evaluating defense and cyber security tools (e.g., Kali, TOR, Tails, Metasploit, aircrack, …), serving as a cryptographic custodian, implementing best-practices, and advising partner forces
• Assessed, advised, mentored, and partnered with foreign Special Forces units (12-250 troops) on tactical operations while operating autonomously from US forces
