Established a venture focused on the sourcing and supply of soft commodities, including edible oils, rice, flour and milk powder to clients located in Southern Europe and West Africa

Consultant for various financial training firms in London, delivering lectures on corporate finance valuation and modelling to corporate and investment banks (including UBS, Societe Generale, Mizuho and Unicredito) and corporates on a part time basis. Have experience in delivering training from my time at Citi (see below), where I delivered lectures on financial valuation (comps, precedent transactions, DCF, APV, LBO), M&A process (SPAs , buyside / sellside M&A) and financing topics.

I worked for c.9 years at Citi's Global Investment Bank, initially in the financial sponsors team before joining the M&A team, focused on the execution of transactions in Southern Europe and the MENA region. As a Vice President, I joined the Global Industrials team as an M&A execution person before specialising in transport infrastructure. I worked on c.40 M&A transactions and my responsibilities included financial valuation, modelling, project management and execution of M&A documents.
